As part of my self help therapy of getting my carnaged life back on track, Ive started writing poetry again. A publisher I once worked for and who has become a great friend, has bought me a wonderful gift of a Journal, Notebook, and writing set, (all part of an amazing writing set) along with a really nice couple of pens.
He went through a traumatic split with his partner of 15 years, and said writing saved him from Diazepam! Well with that recomendation How could I refuse the suggestion.
Its slow to start with, as its been many years since I wrote from the heart, but hopefully I will find it in myself to do this.
Any advice would be greatfully recieved.
