Next week, im taking my Charge, to a Dorothy Wordsworth event,  not sure what to expect. should be good though.    (Dorothy lived with her brother, the poet William Wordsworth and his family, in the Lake District, for most of her adult life. Her energy and intelligence shines through in this exhibition, which celebrates her insight and attention to those details that make everyday life special. This exhibition helps us to understand quite how her influence inspired William Wordsworth’s poetry and also to see that this extraordinary woman deserves recognition in her own right. Wordsworth Museum, Grasmere. Tickets include a guided tour of Dove Cottage and family activities in the school holidays Adult £4.50 – £7.50, family £17.20, under 6s free http://www.wordsworth.org.uk Twitter @wordsworthtrust This exhibition closes 5.30pm (4.30 from Nov 1-Jan 5, closed 24-26 Dec and closed Tuesdays in Dec))

Then on the 24th, we are heading off for the day to a One Man and  His Dog sheepdog trial.   This I am looking forward to most of all, the last one I went to had a great outdoor clothing stall.  Really want to treat myself to some cosy jumpers~!
